Shipping Policy

VEOS PHARMACEUTICALS is pleased to announce that we are now shipping to locations in the United States, Canada, and other international locations. Charges for international shipping are calculated in your Shopping Bag before checkout.

The information below applies primarily to shipments within the United States and Canada.

Standard Service

Delivery within 5–7 business days from the order ship date for most orders.

  • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes: 6–14 business days
  • Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO: 14–21 business days
  • Orders destined for U.S. Territories: 6–14 business days

2nd Day Service

Delivery within 2 business days from the order ship date. Second Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Overnight Service

Delivery within 1 business day from the order ship date. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Place your 2nd Day Service or Overnight Service order by 12:00 PM PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to enjoy same-day shipping. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will ship on the next business day.

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or U.S. Territories must use standard shipping.

Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Money Back Guarantee (MBG):

• 90 days on initial orders with a $30 restocking fee
• 30 days on auto shipments with a $15 restocking fee

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased through rndhealthcare.com, please follow the steps below.

  1. Complete the Return Merchandise Form enclosed with your order and place it inside the return package.
  2. Pack the items carefully to avoid damage during transit.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend sending returns using a traceable shipping method such as UPS or insured Parcel Post.

If you are returning a gift, please check the “Gift Return” box on the Return Merchandise Form.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of damaged items, please contact us immediately for assistance. We are not responsible for lost returned merchandise.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package carefully for any shipping damage. Minor wear on the outer carton may occur during transit; however, if damage has occurred to the contents, please contact us immediately at: 1.702.818.1714.

Please provide your order number, email address, and phone number for faster service.

To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your VEOS PHARMACEUTICALS Online purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will gladly remit your account for the full purchase amount, subject to the applicable return conditions.
